Testimonial #31: 15% Restocking fee

Hey,

Another unsatisfied customer of best buy here, I tried to take back a radar detector and got charged a 15% restocking fee worth 46 dollars. The worst part was that I was ready to buy another one for 285 dollars. I am not one to use it and take it back, I am just a dissatisfied customer that wanted to get a different model. When I called the store they just stated policy and said there was nothing that they could do for me. Why can I buy a vcr where they have no margin and return it with no fee but if I take back a radar detector that I am subject to 15% is beyond me. I told the manager that I talked to that I will be cutting up my best buy credit card and will not shop there again and he was fine with that, NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

P.S. Where can I buy a bumper sticker for this site, it will serve them well if not one other unsuspecting soul ever shops at there store again.
