Testimonial #40: It's not REALLY upgradable...

I bought a Ebay Etower computer that was "supposedly" upgradable to the fastest model in 3 years for $100. When I called Best Buy and told them that I was never told when I bought the computer that I had to have "3 years of the 'e network'" to do this the salesman told me "That is news to me". I then talked to the manager saying that the salesman that I just talked to even egreed that he did not know that and the one that sold me the computer never told mne that detail, and the manager put words in the salesman's mouth saying "He never said that, you misunderstood" Definately go to another store. They are very rude in my area, and I think that is how Best Buy's management treats them.
