Testimonial #69: Used camera sold as new...what's so wrong with that?!?

Hello, Ok guys I really F***ing hate BestBuy... Here's my story:

Well last April was my girlfriends 27th birthday. I went to Bestbuy and bought a Canon Rebel camera. She is so excited when she opens it but not all the parts are in the box. It's missing the neck strap. It also has a roll of film in it which seemed weird but we thought it included. Well the next week we go and develop our film and realize that there aer picture of somebody's fucking snake and other pictures. They sold me a used fucking camera that I paid $400 plus the $70 service plan. I was so pissed that it had made me look bad by getting a used product for her birthday. Well I took it back and finally got a new one after having some choice words with them. Well I thought that could just have been one incident.

Well now for this Christmas I bought my girlfriend a $600 PDA with a service of $70. Well I wasn't too observant so I go to wrap the gift on Christmas eve and find the seal is broken. I look in the box and find the PDA is just lying on top, unwrapped, with the cord just thrown in. They fucked me again!! Well I went back the next day after Christmas and took back their product and told them I'm going to Circuit City. A friend told me about this web site, so I will do anything to screw them over.
