Testimonial #78: This ex-employee is seriously pissed!

I'd like to first say, that i work at a Canadian best buy, and i've recently quit. First lets go over the one thing Best Buy STRIVES on, its Product Service Plan. This is 100% profit for the company as they are selling it for an insurance company which gives them a huge chuck for doing it. Second, its useless, i have worked in Cellular, computers and TECHNICIAN VALLEY, and i can tell you that nothing is covered under the product service plan. If anything goes wrong, the stupid managers give the customers a hard time getting aynthing done, or simply walk away. Its pathetic. They dont care that they lost a customer because some other customer will be gullable and buy a service plan after them. I quit because i was on the verge of getting fired. My store is #1 in Canada for Best Buy, and i was #1 in the store for a long time in Product Service Plan sales, until one day one of my best, favourite customers came back to the store with a legitimate complaint, and wanted her notebook fixed. I tried to explain to the managers that this was NOT covered by the manufactorer, and it wasnt repairable, it was a totally dead motherboard, the fan on the notebook had been installed wrong and the Chip and PWM's were totally blown. This shorted the LCD and killed the entire notebook. The managers wouldn't replace the notebook and simply sent it to HP to get it fixed. 4 weeks later HP sent it back saying it wasnt covered, i called my customer back in, and we tried to get her a new one. From that day on i refused to sell the plan, and still was #1 in sales, just not in PSP sales, i was dead last. My last day there i sold $14,000 of stuff, including 5 notebooks and a few desktops, none with PSP. A manager pulled me aside and was yelling at my poor performance over the past few months, and told me that if i didnt sell 5 PSPs the next day i would be fired. I quit on the spot, it wasnt worth taking honest peoples money, just so that faggot could get a bonus at the end of the month. Heres a few hints for fucking over best buy. First off, GET DEALs, GET DEALs, GET DEALs, BUY THE PSP, and RETURN IT. Get the manager to strike a hundred bucks off your desktop or notebook if you buy the service plan on the printer, and the monitor, and the desktop. Then return it at another store within 2 weeks. Also FUCK THEM OVER. Buy a desktop, replace the hard drive, and take the chip, then put the fan back on the computer. Return it saying it wouldnt boot up. MOST technicians in Best Buy are dumb as a stick, and they will simply return it back to the vender, they call it Genco, doesnt cost the store anything. DO IT, GET SOME CHIPS, FUCK THEM OVER. Once Genco receives the product without the CHIP, BEST BUY GETS CHARGED 300$ plus 100$ for the service of taking it apart. BOOM there goes 400$ from BEST BUY! DO IT A COUPLE TIMES. What i suggest, is going into best buy, buying the NEW toshiba notebook, the one with the 3.2 GHz Pentium 4 Chip, taking the chip out, its really easy, selling the chip on EBAY for 400-500$, and returning the notebook. DO IT, FUCK THEM OVER. Well i better go, but until next time, CANADIAN BEST BUYS ARE BAD TOO, DONT BUY FROM THEM, GO TO A GREAT STORE LIKE COSTCO, OR EVEN SMALL STORES THAT ARE WILLING TO GIVE U GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
