Testimonial #79: Employee gets ratted out by peers

1st i worked at the registers and you have to offer "THE COMPLETE
SOLUTION to customers reward zones, PRP's, PSP's, Assecories, and now
Magazines sports illustrated or entertainment weekly, God forbid you dont
offer it to every customer every time. Cuz one of my fellow employees
shouted me out on the speakers "ATTENTION ALL BEST BUY EMPLOYEE
*&*^#&(my name) is not offering subscription to every customer. that
really pissed me off my fellow employee ratted me out in front of the
whole store for she can look good but ruin my reputation that a managered
had to took to me about not offerring 1. i was to busy getting a 30
dollar replacement plan 2. i cant offer it to a 13 year old cuz i need a
credit card in other for the customer to get billed after the 8th free
issue. In the beggining if a customer didnt get the replacement plan i
got a lil offended but now i get 80 percent of the replacement plans but
and get 15 magazines a day but lately if the customer doesnt want they
dont want it im not going to put my scanner in their heads to pressure
them to get the replacement plan or magazines but you will get talked if
u miss a 30 or 40 dollar prp. i know my days at best buy are numbered cuz
i tell the customers the truth on the services. the best r on the
ps2,xbox,gameboys only 10 dollars for a gameboy if a customer doesnt get
it they r either dumb or cheap. But Forbid u dont get a 6 dollar prp on a
10 dollar phone youve made a terrible sin towards best buy. also with the
magazines every manager thinks its easy getting magazines get 150 a day
thats alot off ripping off and lying for one day. i tell the truth after
if 8th one if chose not to cancel ull get charged 1.49 for eevery issue.
i dont care if the customers get it or not cuz i get nothing out of it
only the manager and supervisor will look good.
