Testimonial #81: Portland employee goes on a rant.

Yes, I am currently a Best Buy Employee at store #450. Portland, OR. The gayest store of all. Yes, we have a new sales manager that is forcing to offer so stupid managers special, who the hell wants Netzero, Rhapsody, and a 256 mb flash drive with their computer? No one. First off Best Buy #450 took some new changes new GM, new Sales Managers and Sups, the place is falling apart. Oh were suppose to get another store. What the hell for? Numbers. It's all a numbers game like it has been said before if your not in the green, your being yelled at by a bunch of faggots in blue shirts (managers who don't know nothing but when am I gettin my raise). Seriously like my supervisor is really cool when he is out of Best Buy but the guy is a dickwad when he is there of course he has a manager breathing down his throat saying give me my bonus or your fired. Oh yes, push that Performance Service Guarantee, yank yank. They are the worst things in the world, when it comes to Tech Support for Computers, good luck you might as well call your local doctor to find out what's wrong with your hard drive. They are that stupid. The stupidest thing about Best Buy is there stupid Sales Process or what we call SOP. Yes indeed, we have to ask you to ask questions wtf is that? Should I hold your hand while I'm wiping your butt too. Yeah most customers just want help there product and to leave go home and setup but No we have to offer in home setups, internet services, a 21.00 USB Cable (Employee Price $4.23), a memory upgrade, Jumpstart package (Norton's Antivirus and some other crap), Blank Media, an AVR because you can't trust your PSP Plan, a jumpdrive, and whatever makes there numbers or I should say bonuses happy. Every single full timer in our department hates Best Buy with a passion, we are all doing it cuz it's a job. Not a hobby. Who the hell wants to sell a PSP Plan we don't give a crap about to cuz they are makin way too much damn money off it to a customer. Oh yes thank you for all you Asian customers cuz most of Best Buy hates you. You don't buy the service plan on an Emachine. Speakin of Emachines don't buy one there gonna break on you no matter what the salesman tells you. They have to send so many back to the vendors, same thing with Ipods. They lie to make money to you literally. Oh yes, another great thing about Best Buy, the customer is dead last. They could careless about the customer whether you have been waiting an hour or 5 mins. Your still a number to them to help them make there bonuses. Or whatever the heck they maybe gettin that week. Best Buy training the worst training I have had in my life. They ramble on to you about non sense stuff how you could be an all star in the company blah blah. I sell PSP constantly at least $500 bucks or more a day and they still haven't promoted me. Cuz we are scared to set you up for failure or some BS line like that. Currently lookin for another job cuz it sux so bad there. They make the salesman feel like crap no matter if you have had a good day or a bad day. Oh yes and the Sales Managers if your really lucky will give you a scratch it ticket for doing such a good job. Sounds exciting right? Not our store is like almost dead last in the company. lmao. We suck literally. It's cuz they expect us to do everything for them. They pressure you worse than commision sales trust me I know how it works and they don't ever give you a raise like they say they will. Shoot it took my friend 8 months for his black shirt for a Technician to be in and he still hasn't gotten Tech pay. Seriously this store is messed up. Word to every customer shop at Circuit City at least your not a number in line. Yes like everyone else BRAINWASHING is the cause of all this stuff encountered at Best Buy. THEY RIP YOU OFF HARDCORE! :)
