Testimonial #84: Best Buy sales managers suck!

Hey guys, I worked at a local best buy in Merced CA, and I have never had a job I have hated so much in my life! I know a lot of people on here either employee's or customers are always talking about the PSP's or the return policy. While those are total crap and they DO NOT cover what you buy that is not my main problem. My problem with best buy is the management. I worked in the computer dept., and while our first supervisor James was WAY cool, our numbers were not making the cut so they said at least. The management decided it was time to try another supervisor for our dept. well the following week we had this cock sucker named Greg. The first thing this fucker says to me is an insult. Way to make a good first impression you fuck. Now, let me move onto the rest of the management at the Merced best buy. As every employee knows, every morning before the store opens they have store meetings. This is where the management goes over the recent numbers. Instead of trying to motivate us for the day, they verbally bash you saying how they are not making enough money. While the management will bash the employee's EVERY morning how often do you see them on the floor trying to help sales? Not that often. In fact at least, in my case when our sales manager Joey WAS trying to up sales in our dept. he would talk to customers, Bullshit to them about how good our PSP is and pretty much just blowing smoke up their ass saying what they want to hear to close the sale. When Joey couldn't close the sale with a customer he would so graciously pass it off to another employee in our dept. so he wouldn't have to be seen taking up a crappy sale. Wow, what a sales manager huh? So, lets get back to that cock sucker, also known as Greg. I would say he just had a thing against me,but when EVERY SINGLE PERSON in our dept. would complain about him makes me think it wasn't just me. Also, it couldn't have just been our dept., because other girls from different departments would say how he constantly tried to flirt with them. I'm sure that's was every girl wants (the average age of the girls working there was EARLY 20's) is a middle aged making moves on them. Sounds like an amazing place to work, huh? Well I have since quit bestbuy after having some choice words with Greg. If anyone from the Merced store has comment on what I said you can contact me personally.
