Testimonial #98: Geek Squad is a shit hole to work for

Nothing to major here just a little rant/vent of how wonderful BB loves to promise all this shit let me explain my time I have spent with BB This isn't as bad as other but still some information

I was hired for the Tech(geeksquad) worked there a couple of months and was very happy and content with what I was doing sure us charging you 39 bucks to install a stick of memory that takes 10 seconds to do and then waiting around in the back so it seems to be that we are actually working, or the stupid f*cking services manager asking why all the PC's in the back are not finished and why customers are still waiting to be helped and you can tell them all day that I can't finish the PC's with no one in the back working on them but they still tell you to go help out all the customers which is usually a good steady flow so you are not working on any PC's and getting nothing done, now don't get me wrong in my store the Geek Squad techs are very very very intelligent and share a good wealth of knowlege, the best part is being told a few months into your work that GS is redeploying(meaning everyones getting fired and you have to either not work there at all or pick a department in the store) best part was now the GS is backed up due to a few things here them being under staffed going from about 20 techs down to about 10 is a huge loss even with the department being down 10+grand in revenue, so now customers aren't getting their PC's back and also they don't want to give the GS a chance due to other customers starting verbal fights outside and tell what a shitty job we are doing just becuase their PC isn't ready yet, well maybe if you had people to work in back and not sit there and suck off customers then things would get done, but after being switched to a diffrent apartment and then having to deal with the GS calling almost non stop asking for help even though they just bent you over is even funnier, now back to the new department it's great to deal with all the idiot customers who think that we can wait on 5 of you at a time hahah no if I am busy then get the hell away until I am done but thanks to best buy managers who are just idiots and don't ever do any work besides write other employees up becuase they have a hate for you is funny to, but as far as that goes good job BB for being a shithole to work for and a shit hole to work in,
